Who we are

We are immigration consultants based in Ealing, west London. The firm was founded by Shailendra Pathak, who moved from India to the UK on a merit-based visa and built his own application after being quoted high fees by consultants who never assessed his profile. That experience shapes how we work: an honest assessment first, fixed pricing, and a straight answer when a profile isn't ready.

What we help with

We focus on six routes and nothing else:

• UK Global Talent visa, for leaders and potential leaders in digital technology, research and the arts
• UK Innovator Founder visa, for founders starting a new, innovative UK business
• US EB-1A green card and US O-1A visa, for people at the top of their field
• Australia National Innovation visa, permanent residency by invitation
• Germany EU Blue Card, for graduates with a German job offer

We don't handle family, student, visitor or asylum cases. Keeping the list short is what lets us know these routes properly.

Visiting us

Our office is at Suite 39, Podium, 85 Ealing Cross, London W5 5BW. Ealing Broadway station (Central, District and Elizabeth lines) is about a four-minute walk away. We meet by appointment, so please contact us before you come. Most clients work with us by video call and WhatsApp, and never need to visit.

How we work

1. Assessment. We review your profile against the route that fits and tell you honestly where you stand.
2. Plan. If there are gaps, we tell you what to build and how long it is likely to take.
3. Preparation. We build the evidence pack or business plan with you, criterion by criterion.
4. Submission and follow-through. We handle the endorsement and visa applications and stay with you to the decision.
